About Louise

My practice: I have a diverse and inclusive practice, offering treatments to  babies, young children, teenagers and adults.
Qualifications: I trained at the Karuna Institute with Franklyn Sills who is regarded internationally as a leading pioneer in the field of craniosacral  therapy. I am qualified with a Diploma in Craniosacral Biodynamics for working with adults, and have additionally undertaken postgraduate training for working with Pregnant Women, Mothers and Babies, and with Older Children and Teenagers. I am  qualified to work with trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder.
I am a Registered Cranio Sacral Therapist (RCST BCST) and  a  licensed member of the UK Craniosacral Therapy Association. In this capacity, I undertake continuing professional development update training  and receive regular supervision.
I am an experienced teacher (MA, PGCE) and currently co-run a Practitioner Support Group for therapists; furthermore  I have recently enjoyed being part of the staff team,  teaching students training in Craniosacral Therapy on the 2018 - 2021 Foundation Training programme at the Karuna Institute.
I often give talks about the physical and mental benefits of Craniosacral Therapy, covering topics such as "What can Change with Craniosacral Therapy?" outlining how treatments can help babies, children, teenagers and adults, drawing on case-studies, published texts, and research. Previous talks have covered themes such as the birth process, easing headaches and migraine, recovery from trauma and working with tinnitus.

I have a practice at my home in the village of Rowlands Castle, on the border of Hampshire and Sussex.  I offer treatments on both Wednesdays and  Thursdays, during the daytime and early evening.

I also offer treatments at Hamblin Hall in Bosham in West Sussex, by arrangement.
